1. Shipping/Orders and Return Policies

We take pride in all of the products that we carefully select and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. A full refund will be issued for all returns made within 30 days of purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility, however, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us as soon as possible and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced. All orders are shipped USPS mail.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation/Sales invoice via email shortly after an order is placed.* For your convenience, an estimated “delivery date” will also appear on the order confirmation form. Please go over the form very carefully to ensure that all the information is accurate. For any corrections or concerns, simply ‘reply’ back to that email, so that we may promptly correct information prior to processing the order.

Spam Filters/ Firewalls
Check your spam or deleted folders to ensure that these important emails are not blocked due to firewalls or spam filters on your computer.

*We will not be held responsible for failure of any email communication to you either due to incorrectly spelled email addresses, non-working email address or spam filters that prohibit our emails from reaching you.

Changing or Cancellation of an Order
For any corrections or changes that may be necessary on a normal order, please reply back to the sales confirmation email immediately. G Force Products begins fulfillment of incoming orders almost immediately. All changes must be made in writing within 24 hours upon receipt of the emailed confirmation. Once the order has shipped, we will be unable to change the order. Therefore note that we will not be held responsible for any changes requested after the 24hr period.

Estimated Delivery
G Force Products ships three times per week and processing of the order takes up to two business days. Depending on the number of items ordered and your location, shipping can take 2-9 business days. 2. Limited Warranty

G Force Products and accessories such as bottles and caps come with a six month warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under the G Force Products warranty.

If you purchased your G Force Bottle (or accessory) from a retailer, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your water bottle. If you bought your water bottle (or accessory) directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you or issue you a merchandise credit.

5. Product Availability & Pricing

G Force Products, Inc. products displayed at the Site are available through our Site while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available for immediate purchase and/or shipment. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, G Force Products, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. G Force Products, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, G Force Products, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or Pay Pal in the amount of the incorrect price.  Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.

6. Product Display

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Liquid Capacity
The size and liquid capacity noted on each of our products* (for example: 27oz water bottle) is only an “approximation” and cannot be construed as the exact size or capacity. These indications only serve as generalizations. (Note: We buy all our products blank, therefore we have no influence over the precise “fill capacity” of each item)

California Proposition 65 (”Prop 65″) Compliance

Accordingly, if Buyer and/or Distributor fail to provide G Force Products advance written notice that G Force Products’ product will be sold or shipped to the State of California, Buyer and/or Distributor hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless G Force Products, its agents, employees, representatives and affiliated companies, from and against any and all Proposition 65, personal injury and property damage claims, and from all other costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys fees and litigation expenses on account thereof or in connection with any investigation or preparation related thereto or the enforcement of this provision) relating to, resulting from, connected with or arising out of goods or products provided to buyer by G Force Products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

G Force Products, Inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in G Force Products, Inc.’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
