The Jay Leno Show did it again the last night with their Green Car Challenge featuring the Ford Focus.  This time it pits Bob Costas with Al Micheals, both of whom are sports reporters on NBC Sports.  But looking at their driving and skills were unable to de-thrown Drew Barrymore’s record breaking time (of course she was the firs to ride the track).

The custom Ford Focus still looks like it is fun to drive in the special built obstacle course.  And of course since it is battery operated does not make any racing sounds, so Al Michaels added his flair of sound effects.  Check out the video to see both on the race track.

We are just wondering how long before the Ford Focus Green car will make its debut on the showroom floor.

One additional item to point out is that this is only for the largest corporation and not small and medium size businesses.  At the end of the day you still have to do your part in supporting environmental issues and green initiatives within your company.  When was the last time you used less power at your office, desk, cubicle, or workspace.  If every worker made an effort at least one time per week, we could make an impact on the world.
